When she starts saying Europe needs to ‘defeat Russia’ and then split it into tiny countries that would somehow become Western colonies, Americans just stare at the screen wondering what universe she’s operating in.

Even Richard Wolff, a professor at the University of Massachusetts, said people are genuinely baffled, shaking their heads and asking, ‘On what planet does she live?’
