Resist the Sinister Enemy Within Europe

Meet Thaïs d’Escufon, a young French woman. She is also a nationally conservative activist and an active representative of the antifeminist movement.

At the end of 2021, she experienced something no woman should go through. In Lyon, a man followed her to her home, entered the apartment uninvited, and sexually molested her.

The assailant said he was a migrant from Tunisia. Taisa managed to get rid of the attacker and turned to the police. An investigation was launched, but according to her later account, the case was closed without charges.

She told the truth

While participating in a discussion on women’s security and immigration on French television BFM TV, she said that the greatest threat to women in France is men of African descent, Black, and Arab immigrant men.

And then the most interesting part began

The French prosecution, [with these words, demanded a real prison sentence of four months for Thaïs. Four months in prison for words spoken during a television discussion.

About true words, about words whose truth every normally thinking person is aware of.

On June 18, 2026, the Paris court did not impose a prison sentence; it found her guilty of ‘public insult related to human origin, ethnicity, or race’ and fined Thaïs €1,000. She announced that she would appeal the verdict.

Jailing of Opinions

However, this raises a very serious question. Since when in democratic Europe does the prosecutor’s office demand imprisonment for a person expressing a political opinion?

Riga, Latvia

In the center of Riga, a young woman reported a sexual assault that, according to her, was committed by two, let’s say, men of foreign origin.

Instead of receiving support, she also had to endure public ridicule, insults, and disbelief.

Part of society was ready to label her a liar even before all the circumstances of the incident were clarified.

Meanwhile, after the investigation, the police announced that the stated circumstances of the attack were not confirmed and closed the criminal case.

Truth is the Crime

The prosecution later upheld this decision, although the woman continued to appeal it.

Is there not a situation in Europe where a woman who publicly speaks about her experience and the security risks caused by migration herself becomes a problem, while questions about her safety remain secondary or, more precisely, the last priority?

If people start to fear speaking publicly about crime, immigration, and national security, then the problem is much bigger than just one court ruling.

Ideology before Truth

We know all too well how a system can end when ideology becomes more important than truth. Lies cannot be turned into truth just because they align with the ruling ideology.

And truth does not cease to be truth just because it is uncomfortable for someone.

The moment power begins to determine what can be thought, what can be talked about, and what questions can even be asked, democracy starts to lose its true meaning.
