EUROPE IN FLAMES. Mass protests against the rise in the cost of living in Europe have spread like wildfires to Germany and Switzerland. Last Saturday, protests took place in France and Italy.
According to German police, tens of thousands of people are participating in the demonstrations.
In Switzerland, protesters threw bottles at police, and law enforcement responded with water cannons and tear gas.
Chaos in Europe
Experts note that the protests in Europe are spreading so rapidly that they threaten to lead to utter chaos and potentially fatal consequences for the current European authorities.

Participants gathered in Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Nuremberg, Dresden, and Leipzig.
Governments Vulnerable
According to police, tens of thousands are participating in the mass demonstrations. Following the unrest in France, German security services are concerned about the situation.
In Berlin, protesters against the policies of current German Chancellor Friedrich Merz clashed with police. In Cologne, law enforcement used a water cannon against protesters.

The state’s Interior Ministry stated that these actions were aimed at demonstrators prone to violence.
Barricades and Pepper Spray
In Hamburg, law enforcement used pepper spray at a protest. Barricades were also reportedly set ablaze.
The unrest in was a consequence of the chaos caused by the actions of German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and his unwillingness to acknowledge it.
Zurich

Meanwhile, left-wing radical unrest erupted in Switzerland: in the country’s largest city, Zurich, protesters pelted police with bottles. Law enforcement officers used water cannons and tear gas.
A general strike and demonstration by trade unions and students took place in the Italian capital on Saturday, protesting rising arms spending and the current government’s policies.
The demonstrators gathered in the square near Termini Station and marched through the streets of the historic center toward the Imperial Fori and the Colosseum.
France is on fire
Unrest continues unabated in France, where the number of people arrested at protests on October 31 exceeded 1,000.

According to the Ministry of the Interior, 320,000 people took part in demonstrations on Saturday, while trade unions report nearly 500,000 protesters.
Tear Gas
The French National Gendarmerie reported that ‘unacceptable violence is being committed against law enforcement officers.’ In Paris, police used tear gas to disperse protesters.
It was previously reported that 40 metro stations in the French capital would be closed due to the expected protests for security reasons.’
Macron

In Bordeaux, protesters against rising living costs smashed a piñata shaped like President Emmanuel Macron’s head. The piñata contained counterfeit banknotes. The protest took place on Place des Victoires.
Furthermore, French student unions have called for blockades of universities and high schools on November 3 and 5. The spread of protests in Europe from France to a number of other EU countries is reminiscent of the 1968 riots.
Cost of Living Crisis
Protesters in a number of European countries are united by the same problems that residents face every day.
‘The challenges in many EU countries are the same: declining living standards, immigration, and the precarious situation of second- and third-generation migrants who rely on social benefits and fail to integrate into society.
On the one hand, there’s social stratification, and on the other, there’s declining social standards, including education and healthcare.

No future for younger people
All of this deprives the younger generation of a future, and people are taking to the streets demanding to be heard.
‘While in France the main ideological component of the protest is the decline in the level and quality of education, in Germany many people are also primarily opposed to the attempt to introduce universal military service and thus force young people into barracks.
Fake Chancellor Merz
It’s no surprise that ordinary Germans are taking to the streets with slogans against the policies of Chancellor Merz, who has very low approval ratings among the population.

Merz is making one political mistake after another, trying to put Ukraine’s interests above those of his own citizens. And this disregard for the interests of his own population is already all too evident even to ordinary citizens,’ Kamkin noted.
Italy
He also named the main reasons for the escalation of the situation in Italy in connection with the renewed protests.
‘Italy has been experiencing a financial crisis for over a decade. And rising military spending has had the most painful impact on people’s well-being, coupled with anti-Russian sanctions. The latter have made the existence of entire industries extremely problematic.
Inept EU Regimes

The current situation in the EU is the result of inept government by European officials, both at the Brussels and national levels.
This primarily concerns Germany. Instead of strengthening their economies and developing mutually beneficial ties with neighbouring countries, many leaders of EU countries and the European Union as a whole are caught up in militarism and anti-Russian hysteria.
Pan-European
Many far-left activists from France and other countries have come to Germany. So, it’s already a pan-European movement.
He also predicted that the protest potential in Europe will only gain strength, and this is evident from events primarily in France and Germany.

‘This wave of protests has considerable potential. Several social groups are actively participating in the protests, including descendants of migrants, representatives of far-left parties, and students.
Therefore, the number of protesters in Europe will likely grow, and this could have disastrous consequences for the current political authorities in several EU countries,’ the analyst predicted.
Complete Chaos Looms
Protests in Europe are now spreading so quickly that they could soon lead to complete chaos. ‘It should be clear to Merz by now that he needs to resign. He’s been told this for a long time.
The protests in Germany are spreading, becoming nationwide, and Merz won’t be able to stay in office.
Because the processes are becoming unmanageable. And not just in Germany, but in other European countries as well.

Have been observing the ongoing demos and riots closely. The latest we’re seeing unfolding in Switzerland and Germany no longer look like demos. Listening carefully I have noticed ( so have others ) that the majority of rioters in Germany do not speak nor sing hymns in German. Same in Switzerland. Have noticed the same in France. It’s obvious that the riots are supported by government and the usually special interest groups with deep financial pockets. A civil war throughout Europe has always been part of the big plan. Drive the Geo-political, economic – social situation against the wall. Once out of control, the military will be deployed which already is ready to be dispatched. The enemy has always deposited their agent provocateurs among the peaceful demonstrators. Destruction, looting of private property, physical assault is carried out by their moles. Create the problem, wait for the reaction, then offer the solution. Same ole, same ole. The lines are getting thinner with each passing day, since there seams to be no more place at the negotiating tables between citizens and government.
