FRIENDLY FIRE: A woman walking along Ritabulli Beach in Riga was hit by a bullet fired from a NATO-caliber 5.56 mm rifle.
Fortunately, the bullet had lost most of its energy by the time it reached her. It penetrated only a short distance into her back; otherwise, it would have passed straight through her.
Surgeons extracted the bullet. The woman is still recovering, but why was the criminal investigation closed?
Who was it? A deranged shooter? Islamist terrorist thugs? No. It was NATO regular troops, conducting exercises nearby, within the city limits, and firing live ammunition. On the territory of Latvia’s capital, the city of Riga.

It happened in early March, on a working day. At the time, the incident was hushed up, and nothing leaked to the press. So why has it come to light now?
Because the Latvian State Police, who were notified by doctors about the woman’s gunshot wound (this is a criminal matter, after all, a bullet in someone’s back), handed the case over to the Military Police. The latter, in turn, promised to investigate the incident thoroughly.
Just the other day, the woman received notification that the proceedings have been terminated due to the absence of the elements of a criminal offense.
WITNESS TO HISTORY Mike Walsh: “I have read a lot about WWII and Germany. This includes David Irving’s books. Click the picture for details.
The injured woman is in shock. She is approaching retirement age. She complains:
‘I’m no longer the worker I used to be. My back hurts terribly, especially the right side and my leg. And, generally speaking, I feel pretty awful. I need medication. I’m taking painkillers.’
‘The bullet extracted from the victim during surgery was 5.56 mm in caliber. Ammunition of the same caliber is used in H & K G36 assault rifles, which are in service with the NATO armed forces.

prob one of my idiot countrymen (if you’ve seen the news we had a major fire near a gas well/line on a base here) that’s over there to “face down Putin” don’t make me laugh. Hope she has a speedy recovery. while the ucrops tech esp if we can get flamingo plans may help canada if the us attacks us, imo would have been far better for us, and more just to be on Russia’s side on this one, but that would have meant we’d have had to leave NATO. Although TBH, with the immigration of ppl from BRICS nations here and their future prospects and more honest dealings in International Affairs, Canada would be wise to join them, the future is Eurasia.

Hmmm. Training with Live Ammo are we? How come while I was in Europe we were never issued Live ammo except at the qualifying range? When you train with Live Ammo–Gee Gosh Willikers! Something stupid might happen!—This poor lady deserves a disability check from NATO. How much you want to bet she doesn’t get one? —-about to retire and now will live in pain the rest of her life because some helmeted Dildo couldn’t shoot straight! —All because the Big Bad Russians might invade “MUH” Europe. Putin won’t set foot in there. However if they (NATO) want to screw with Kaliningrad Poot-Dog said he would light their asses up like a Roman Candle with Duke Nuke-ems! The EU (read Small Hat lap dogs) are trying to start a fight with the wrong enemy. The real enemy is the Invaders they invited in who are now burning Frog-land down! Go mop them up you Pu**ies!
