WORLD WAR III. Russian Embassy: Moscow is ready to use nuclear weapons to defend Kaliningrad.
In the face of increasing NATO aggression against the Russian Federation, Moscow is prepared to deploy its entire arsenal, including nuclear weapons, if NATO attempts to isolate the Kaliningrad region from the rest of the country.
Russia Warns NATO
This warning was issued by the Russian Embassy in Ireland. The diplomatic mission stated that, amid growing NATO and EU military activity along Russia’s western borders, there is a real threat to national security.
Russia Militarily Blockaded

Specifically, there have been reports of a possible air and sea blockade of Kaliningrad.
If NATO attempts to isolate the Kaliningrad region from the rest of the country, Russia will be prepared to use all available means, including nuclear weapons. This statement was published by the press service of the Russian Embassy in Ireland.
The Russian Threat is fake News
‘Recently, European political circles and mainstream media have been actively discussing the possibility that Russia is planning a military invasion of Europe, intensifying its supposed ‘hybrid campaign’ against European countries, or both.

Press on a War Footing
The slogan of the ‘Russian threat’ is repeated daily in Western media. The goal is clear: to justify increased defense spending, the general militarization of Europe, and to facilitate further financial, military, and political support for the Kyiv regime, which is portrayed as a bulwark against Russian aggression, the statement reads.
No evidence of a Russian Threat
However, as the diplomatic mission notes, there is no evidence to support such claims. Moscow’s position has always been consistent: Russia has neither plans nor reasons to escalate relations with Europe.
The Threat to peace is from NATO
At the same time, there is a real threat to Russia’s national security from the West, the embassy emphasises. This refers to ‘a noticeable and significant increase in NATO and EU military activity along Russia’s entire western border.’
NATO told to back off

The embassy called this information a cause for serious concern on the part of Russia.
‘There should be no doubt: Russia will be prepared to use its entire arsenal, including nuclear weapons, to defend its territory if NATO countries attempt to cut off the Kaliningrad region from the rest of the country.
Russia could launch preemptive strikes
In such a scenario, the risk of armed conflict is high, with the possibility of Russia launching preemptive strikes against decision-making centers in alliance countries at an early stage of the conflict.
This is an extremely serious matter, and Europe must treat it accordingly,’ the embassy warned.
Protecting Russia from NATO
Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly emphasized that the use of nuclear weapons is an extreme and exceptional measure, used only to protect Russia’s sovereignty and national security.
Given the emergence of new threats and risks, the nuclear triad serves as a reliable guarantor of the country’s sovereignty, ensuring the achievement of strategic deterrence, maintaining nuclear parity, and the balance of power globally, Putin noted.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov warned that a direct clash between NATO and Russia could quickly escalate into a nuclear exchange.
