Jonathan Munro, the BBC’s head of newsgathering, claimed there are too many privileged white men in senior positions at the company, prompting others to point out the fact that he himself is one.
Munro, who makes £180,000 a year, said on the Media Masters podcast, ’I don’t think anybody can possibly think that that’s right [or] justifiable.’
‘We don’t want all our editorial meetings to be dominated by what white people think,’ he declared. ’We don’t want any single group in society to dominate our editorial thinking, because we are not being diverse in our thought process.’
The BBC’s latest director-general, Tim Davie, has vowed to make the company 50 percent female, 20 percent BAME (Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic), and 12 percent disabled.
Munro was mocked for his comments due to the fact that he is a white man in a senior BBC position himself.
‘Does this mean you’re resigning? Didn’t think so,’ British columnist Toby Young reacted, while the Times’ Andrew Ellson wrote, ’Presumably these comments by Mr Munro are a precursor to him resigning his £180k-a-year position in favour of an ethnic minority candidate?’
Actor Laurence Fox also called on Munro to ’take the lead and resign then,’ while Defund the BBC, a grassroots campaign against the UK’s television license, declared, ’The BBC aren’t interested in true diversity. They exclude those that disrupt their groupthink: white working class and socially conservative people of colour.’
Michael Walsh, a journalist who has appeared on BBC programmes, says: ‘The scourge of the BBC and its unpopularity has nothing to do with the colour of its staff. It has everything to do with privileged Whites. Having survived a gauntlet of training in political correctness their mind-sets are as liberal-left robotic as a computerised Pavlov’s dog.
‘As a traveller, I can say from experience that the average and even uneducated African or migrant has more empathy with the ordinary folk of Britain than do these woefully out of touch self-serving shirt-lifters who seized control of state broadcasting services.’ Source

I’ve been around these liberal whites my entire life and I’m American. They’re the same here as they are elsewhere in the West. They aren’t willing to give up their jobs or property or personal comforts to nonwhites; they just want other whites too. If I had the power, every liberal white, self-hating white would be kicked out of America, out of Europe, out of Canada and every other majority white nation and would live Africa, Arab nations, North Korea, and they’d be left there with no money, no passport and barred from any Western nation again. Let’s see how quickly they buy into their leftist and anti-white mentality when they have to suffer for it. Hell! I’d really like to take in the White South African farmers and Rhodesians and let the liberal Western whites take their places.
