The outcome is that before the end of November, as early as next week, the peace arrangement drawn up by Moscow and Washington will be placed on the desk of Ukraine’s EU-UK-backed faux head of state.
According to sources, the plan consists of 28 points. These are divided into four thematic areas. The areas are ‘Peace in Ukraine,’ ‘Security Guarantees,’ ‘Security in Europe,’ and ‘Future US Relations with Russia and Ukraine.’
