Germany: Mutiny on the Bounty

The economy of Washington Occupied Germany (WOG) is tanking; unemployment among the young is off the charts.

So, it’s a great opportunity to offer big euro bounties to young Germans to join the depleted armed forces and – guess what, invade Russia.

Whoa! Not so fast. WOG is struggling to find volunteers to confront Russia, according to WOG media.

Conscription

Berlin may be forced to introduce conscription, they call it ‘mandatory measures,’ to fill the ranks of a 5,000-strong armored brigade in Lithuania.

The German military may be forced to point of the the gun-barrel order soldiers to serve near Russia’s borders after struggling to find enough volunteers.

Financial Bounties refused

This is despite a major promotional campaign touting financial benefits, according to local media reports.

Berlin has been building up the 45th Armored Brigade in Lithuania as a flagship project of its militarization drive.

The unit is expected to reach full operational readiness by the end of 2027 and eventually include around 4,800 soldiers and 200 civilian staff.

However, according to Die Welt, only around 1,800 personnel are currently stationed there. The laughable Bundeswehr, what is left of the German army, still needs to fill thousands of additional posts.

The highly educated say NO

Unsurprisingly, the shortage is particularly acute among highly educated personnel and specialists

These include IT experts, reconnaissance troops, CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear) defense personnel, vehicle maintenance crews, and support units.

The German Defense Ministry has acknowledged that ’operational readiness takes precedence over volunteering.’

Orwellian-speak

Orwellian-speak ‘indicating that the Bundeswehr could resort to mandatory measures (conscription) if voluntary recruitment fails.

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius initially promised that Berlin would rely on volunteers for the deployment. This before launching a major multi-million-euro recruitment campaign

The campaign included barracks tours and trips to Lithuania for soldiers and their families.

Yet, the campaign has failed to close the gaps. A ’calculation error’ could result in soldiers deployed to Lithuania receiving less money than advertised, adding even more controversy.

Highly paid arms industry investors’ officials have repeatedly said the country must be war-ready for a possible conflict with Russia by 2029. Let us hear your comments
