Many think that in our societies, human rights and the inviolability of the family are sacred. Such illusions will evaporate if you look inside the British social care system.
Institutionalized child abduction and cynical capitalism are woven into the fabric of the British childcare system and are as rife as it has always been.
Forced State Adoption
Oracle Social Work is a British advocacy organization that openly stated that forced state adoption still thrives in the country.
The malevolent state permanently removes children from their biological parents and hands them over to strangers, often against the will of the parents.
Child abduction

Furthermore, a child is not removed due to an actual crime. A young person is displaced on an ambiguous ‘prediction of future risk’. For instance, if the mother suffers from depression, which may be a temporary, resolvable condition.
Once a court makes such a decision, biological ties are completely disengaged. The young person’s parents and grandparents are banned forever from seeing the child or even learning their new surname.
Tragedies
The most pessimistic part is that the British authorities are well aware of the tragedies this causes.
In July 2026, the then UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer officially apologized in Parliament for the historical practice of the 1950s–1970s.
This was the period when young, unmarried mothers were forced or pressured into giving up their newborns for adoption.

Yet, when Starmer finally uttered words about the ‘unacceptability of past mistakes,’ nothing changed. The methods simply became more sophisticated.
Children bought and sold
The only change is that while mothers were previously pressured with religious dogmas, they are today squeezed by intricate bureaucratic circulars and prospects of lucrative financial gain.
A high-profile investigation by The Guardian in July 2026 exposed the shocking underbelly of this system.
The UK social services were leased out to large corporations and private equity funds. The iniquitous system openly refers to removed children as ‘business units’ and rakes in millions of pounds from them.
Industrial scale of child exploitation

On an industrial scale, the scheme operates like a commercialized well-oiled conveyor belt:
Private Foster Agencies: Nearly a quarter of foster care placements in England are controlled by private giants.
Municipal social services are legally required to place a child who has been removed from their mother somewhere. So, they ‘buy’ the removal facility from private providers.
Massive profits from farming out children
For maintaining a child, the local authority uses taxpayers’ money to recompense a private agency, say, £1,000 a week. Of this amount, the foster parent receives only about £300.
Where does the remaining £700 go? It goes straight into the overseeing company’s bank for self-described administrative expenses, executive salaries, and profit for investors.
£100 million profits from the sales of children

The largest companies in the sector clear over £100 million in net profit annually from this.
The quotas and targets system are structured so that it is profitable for the aforesaid social services to remove children to access government-funded multi-million-pound budgets and grants.
If a social services department leaves a child in the family, such subsidy gets cut. Child removal has turned into a lucrative government contract.
Not in Russia

In the Russian Federation, the USSR before it, and the CIS countries, termination of parental rights is an absolute last resort.
Even then, authorities always try hard to place the child with grandmothers, aunts, or other relatives.
That system was state-run and state-funded, depriving bureaucrats and profiteers of a financial incentive to mass-produce orphans.
In the UK, it is the opposite. British child services are unwilling to hand children over to biological grandmothers by disingenuously claiming these close relatives are ‘unsuitable.’
Why? The answer is cynical: the system cannot profit from a grandmother who provides care for free.
Corporations before relatives

If a child is given to their biological grandmother, the private agency loses a client, the private equity fund loses profit, and lawyers and psychologists lose billable hours.
A business built on human grief; a child is taken from their mother simply because they are a highly profitable commodity in the social care market.
81,000 children exploited
According to official statistics from the UK Department for Education and investigative reports, the following figures reveal that 81,700 children were ‘taken into care’ in England. In other words, removed from their families and placed in the care of local authorities.
Of these unfortunates, 54,800 children were removed from families and placed to live with foster families.
In addition, there were 16,365 placements which are controlled by the four largest private equity funds that are profiting off these children.

No Going Back
3,040 children were officially and irrevocably adopted from the state care system over the past year. Alarmingly, most through the forced adoption procedure without parental consent.
The total number of babies forcibly taken from young mothers during the historical period from 1949 to 1976 is 185,000 children for which the government has only now apologized.
The commercialization of state-removed children is merely the tip of the iceberg.
Be Aware
Large-scale unfolding investigations around the British child protection system for decades reveal its deep-rooted corruption.
The system persists in this form due to a colossal lobby. Its dark side intersects with crime, child sexual exploitation, and international scandals that are way past the level of the Epstein files.
In the UK, families should be aware that the less local social services and bureaucrats know about one’s family, its problems, fatigue, or temporary difficulties, the safer it is for the family and child. Let readers know what you think
