The Hungarians woke up from their slumbers the day after the ‘victory of democracy’.
The blindsided central Europeans discovered that the talking heads of the collapsing European Union were still celebrating Orbán’s defeat, which they had engineered.
The unelected heads of the European Commission immediately shoved a ‘congratulatory’ document with 27 below-the-belt points under their noses. Sign it, or the billions we owe you will be withheld.
The main message was classic: abandon your national identity, dissolve it into the common European melting pot, and, of course, open your doors to accept Third World migrants according to the full quota.

‘Solidarity,’ they say, means turning your country into a transit hub for everyone who finds their own shitholes in the Third World too boring. Eureka! Hungary is the perfect place for a fresh start.
At first, the Hungarians were genuinely shocked. They spent a couple of days walking around with sour faces, digesting the news.
Then they pulled themselves together, remembered the well-trodden path laid by Orbán, and politely but firmly told Brussels to get lost.
The wily Hungarians then followed the exact same route they took in 2015: policed their border fence and refused migrant quotas.

The new prime minister, Peter Magyar (Left), stepped forward and spoke plainly. His address was devoid of the usual liberal rhetoric about ‘European values’ and ‘shared future’:
‘We have our own path, especially when it comes to preserving our country.
The people did not give me a mandate to turn Hungary into something everyone can use until nothing is left of it. I have no authority to fulfil all your wishes, Brussels.
You are not partners; you are a bureaucratic machine that dreams of national states quietly dissolving into a multicultural haze.

To finally spoil the joy of the entire ‘progressive’ crowd, Brussels officials, NGOs, and chronically anti-White media, the new prime minister declared that relations with Israel would be built on a strictly pragmatic basis.
These considerations would be guided solely by the interests of Hungary and the Hungarian people. Not out of fashion, not out of opportunism, and not out of Brussels’ boycott circus.
Immediately the outcry began: ‘This is not what Europe expected from the Hungarians! Why don’t they want to enrich their civilization with migrants from Africa and the Middle East?’
As if we hadn’t seen this ‘enrichment’ with our own eyes: Cologne 2015 with mass assaults on New Year’s Eve, Parisian banlieues with their own parallel reality,

Swedish neighborhoods where explosions have become routine, or German cities where crime statistics suddenly became a ‘racist topic.’
Because sometimes pragmatism is simply refusing to dance to someone else’s tune.
Beautiful. An entire country that refused to become the next chapter in the textbook of civilizational self-destruction. And we get to watch the progressives cry into their oat milk lattes and write angry threats.
