How could we let it happen? Parisians are outraged on social networks by rubble on the streets. City Hall fights off attacks as best it can. The stench on uncollected garbage is not only reaching noses it is reaching the past. The foul environment ~ ironically ushered in by a regime that touts itself as environmentally friendly is reaching a level not endured since medieval times.
Thousands of Parisians, unhappy with the profusion of garbage and rats on French streets, post photos on social networks, but authorities dismiss this as ‘just a campaign of defamation.’
The hash tag ‘saccage Paris’ (Crap Paris) gained incredible popularity over the Easter weekend amid numerous accusations of the destruction of Paris levelled against the leftists who are in power in the capital.
Opponents complain about rubbish not being removed from the streets, graffiti not being removed, and sidewalks not being repaired. Hapless Paris Deputy Mayor Emmanuel Gregoire admits that keeping the capital clean has never been easy, but calls the campaign on social media a ‘parody of reality.’

Paris is a densely populated city, and the cleaners are doing everything in their power, he told RTL radio, stressing that London Mayor Sadiq Khan has to face the same problems.
While mountains of debris have been the target of many photographs, others focus on the abundant graffiti, the state of the street furniture, and the generally ugly desolation of the streets. For example, the authors post photos of broken old benches and nearby, pictures of how everything looked before, testifying to what decay everything has come.
Nationalist anti-migrant opponents of the Paris regime joined the discussion. The popular nationalist Marine le Pen points out how many thousands of such photographs break the hearts of those who love their Paris. ‘The decline of the capital should leave no one indifferent in France’, she tweeted.
Mayor of the 7th arrondissement,in which the Eiffel Tower is located, Rashida Dati, even called for an emergency meeting of the city council to solve the problem of cleanliness and sanitation.
As her name suggests Rashida Dati is not French nor is she ethnic European. Her father is a Moroccan and her mother an Algerian.

There are also those who point to the consequences of the pandemic, as a result of which the number of municipal employees has decreased, and closed restaurants allegedly force people to eat right on the streets and litter, respectively.

A month ago, the socialist Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, began consultations to give the city a ‘new aesthetic.’ However, unlike the current social media criticism campaign, which attracted tens of thousands of comments, the website offering to reflect on the new urban landscape received only 1,650 responses. In the 1990s, the city most often complained about the ubiquitous déjections of canines (dog shit).

The public service sector is labelled as degrading. Graffiti has already become so common that it resembles the background cacophony of noise that is constantly present in the city. And, yes, antisocial behaviour is on the rise. It is also true that the scavengers go on strike with enviable regularity; this is France, after all. Brace for the brave new world being ushered in by the Great Reset. Source

Paris has always been excessively tolerant, of EVERYTHING. When the French allowed unlimited immigation by people of their former colonies, it was the beginning of the end. When I was stationed in Orleans, I would spent every available weekend in Paris. I never experienced any problems until I wore my american uniform. While every bum, received normal treatment, I was thoroughly despised, never mind my being polite and civilized; every black guy was treated as if he were the second coming of Christ, even though it was well known that almost all were american soldiers; that was in 1961. And that french attitude, opening their country to the dregs of the world while disdaining Whites (their own, as it were) has contributed massively to their demise. I feel that France is in fact toast, not even Marine Le Pen can save this country, her father tried and when he appeared to possibly become elected, the ¨democrats¨ used every dirty trick in their arsenal to beat him out of his deserved victory. The same thing will unfortunately happen to his daughter. When a nation is bent on suicide there is no cure.

Sadly, I concur. There are good French people but too few to repeal or repeal the gormless majority.
