The strategy cites EU-backed immigration policies and suppression of political opposition. It mentions curbs on citizens’ speech, collapsing birthrates, and the loss of national identities and self-confidence. It warns that Europe could become unrecognizable in 20 years or less.

The document argues that many European governments are doubling down on their present path. On the other hand, the US wants Europe to remain European and abandon regulatory suffocation.

This is an apparent reference to America’s standoff with the EU over its strict digital market guidelines. Washington points out that these guidelines discriminate against US-based tech giants such as Microsoft, Google, and Meta.

Trump’s strategy notes that the rise of patriotic European parties offers cause for great optimism. This is a reference to growing bloc-wide support for right-wing Eurosceptic parties calling for strict immigration limits.

The document proclaims that the era of mass migration is over. It argues that large inflows have strained resources, increased violence, and weakened social cohesion.

The report adds that Washington wants sovereign states to work together. Their goal is to stop migration flows rather than manage them.
