Some are in the dark when sharing interesting information about reincarnation cycles.
They question why, when we are born to make our own pilgrimage from womb to tomb during our mortal experience, we can’t remember our past lives. Some even suggest we should be able to remember everything.
Really, do you really want to vividly remember that the person who is your husband in this lifetime was once the person who betrayed you and sold you into slavery?
Do you want to remember being an innocent woman accused of being a witch, tortured, abused (in many different ways), starved, and eventually burned alive?
Do you want to remember dying over and over again through wars, poverty, persecution, violence, and horrible diseases?
Human Experience History

If we look at human history, life was often extremely difficult and short, filled with trauma, pain, and suffering. And it wasn’t only ordinary people who experienced this.
Even if you were rich or powerful, you were still dealing with the ego. Power itself can become a profound lesson.
Perhaps you abused that power, controlled others, started wars, or were responsible for the deaths of innocent people.
Do you really want to remember all of that?
The human mind already struggles to process the trauma of this lifetime. Imagine carrying vivid memories of hundreds or even thousands of lifetimes.
It is believed that forgetting is not a punishment or a trap. It is a form of protection that allows us to experience this lifetime without being overwhelmed by everything we have experienced before.
And if you are a soul about to experience mortality, who perhaps came here for just one incarnation, and you think you want to remember your life during previous incarnations, ask yourself whether you really do.
Because if you remembered it vividly, you might miss your home so deeply that you would want to leave immediately. Compared to some of the places that souls may come from, Earth can feel like a very dark and difficult place to be.
This is why we don’t remember.

Before you accept the idea that we are being deliberately trapped or that we are supposed to remember everything, take a look at human history, even just 100 years ago.
Look at how many children died before reaching the age of five. Look at wars, famine, epidemics, slavery, persecution, torture, and the conditions people lived through.
Maybe forgetting isn’t the problem. Maybe forgetting is exactly what allows us to keep going. Let readers know what you think
