It was an emotional moment at Zoo Halle. Three generations reunited after being apart for 12 long years.
It is an event full of pure love. A love that kept on living in their hearts for years, even after being separated.
Meet the Elephant Family
These three generations consist of 39-year-old grandmother Pori, 19-year-old daughter Tana, and a 4-year-old and 1-year-old granddaughters, Tamika and Elani.
This mother-daughter duo was torn apart 12 years ago. Even after so long, they did not take much time to recognize each other and can’t wait to touch each other’s trunk.
Love does not fade away.
They greet each other from their enclosures. The little ones did not take long to introduce themselves to their grandmother. Such a love-filled moment it is. This shows that love does not fade away.
A moment of happiness when Tana introduced her kids, and in return the grandmother held her trunk out to them to show her affection. She did not back out; instead, she could not have been happier.

Heart-Warming
This reunion is a part of EEP, a conservation breeding program. It enables captive animals to see their herds again. Such a heart-warming program it is. Surely it will make the animals overflow with joy.
Under this program, grandmother elephant is moved from her former home in Berlin to this zoo. Such a cheerful moment it is. It makes grandma shine brighter than the sun.
Surely, she feels at the top of the world. Nothing can beat that feeling of getting back to your loved one.
It is not just humans who enjoy and love such heart-filled moments. On the contrary, animals also express their gratitude and happiness in their own way. To express love and happiness.
Now that they are together, it is like a picture that got back its missing pieces. Now the picture is complete. We hope this family of elephants will stay happy and united, and heartless humans will learn from it. Let readers know what you think
