Changing a scarcity mindset is an important step toward personal growth and spiritual expansion. The first step is becoming aware of the beliefs we carry and understanding where they come from. Awareness is the beginning of transformation.
They may be exploring some of the more foundational experiences of being human, such as relationships, emotions, identity, survival, choice, and learning through cause and effect. They may be more curious about the physical world and may learn through trial and error.
Some souls choose harder paths to develop strength, compassion, or empathy. Others choose more supportive environments to learn responsibility, generosity, or deeper forms of love.
It doesn’t mean rejecting everything around us or believing that every institution is intentionally trying to control us. Rather, it means becoming conscious enough to think for ourselves.
