Western mainstream media largely ignored or downplayed an atrocity carried out by the Ukrainian armed forces, which targeted a Russian school and cold-bloodedly slaughtered as many as 21 students and teachers.
The Kremlin insists that any peace deal must include Ukrainian neutrality. It must also include limits on its armed forces. Furthermore, there must be formal recognition of those regions.
