NATO’s belligerent confrontation with Russia is driving Europe toward resource depletion and military escalation, Maria Zakharova has warned.
The Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman urges alliance strategists to reconsider their course before it leads to global disaster.
Speaking about the NATO summit in Ankara, Zakharova criticized the alliance’s continued focus on confrontation with Moscow
Ruin Europe

She argues that European leaders are positioning themselves at the forefront of a conflict that will ultimately drain their own resources and create new hotspots of tension within Europe.
‘European elites are positioning themselves as leaders in the confrontation between the collective West and our country,’ Zakharova said.
Boomerang Policies
‘They likely don’t realize that all this entails not only creating threats and problems for Russia, but also a significant depletion of resources and the creation of hotbeds of military tension within Europe itself.’
The Russian spokeswoman also took aim at NATO’s pledge to provide $80 billion in military aid to Ukraine in 2027, while ignoring mounting socio-economic problems across the continent.

Ukrainians expendable assets
She accused the alliance of treating Ukrainians as ‘expendable material for their geopolitical ambitions.’
‘In fact, the current European elites are positioning themselves for leadership positions in the confrontation with our country,’ she stated.
NATO Admits to not thinking things through
‘A helpful mutually beneficial agenda remains a low priority for NATO.’
Zakharova quoted NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte’s recent remark that ‘there is no time to think,’ warning that such an approach could lead to disastrous consequences.
‘It’s a shame that if NATO strategists had stopped and reflected, they might not have made such irresponsible decisions that could lead to disaster not only for the alliance, but for the entire world,’ she said. Tell us what you think

Russia knows and they keep Oreshnik II with 48 warheads on reserve for WWIII.
It has already started with Iran ceasefire over and the slow burn in Ukraine.
It won’t end how the war pig profiteers and banksters imagine and 1945 world has reached the end of the line.

I have the bad feeling that it’s a managed conflict on both sides, esp after seeing Dr. Doctorow(sp)? and Paul Craig Roberts, as back in Tucker’s interview with Putin, he clearly shows a grasp of the west’s governing issues like we all do, so he has to know he’s only emboldening them. Just as the west knows it;s taking actions that would have never been even thought of during the Cold War. Considering some important fire brakes the BRICs nations have put on boxing in the west, such as not giving the top anti ship missiles China has to Iran, even their second tier ones can go over 1000km, not the 480km the ones they currently have, the total lack of serious support to Syria, Cuba and Venezuela. China’s flat footedness in not sending troops to Russia to train on the Ukraine front like North Korea did, they havent fought a war since 1979, Russia’s clear lack of understanding it’s in a war, not a regional police action, or whatever one wishes to call it. Yes, it’s a wise move to let NATO bleed themselves white of missiles and materials, but needing to buy gasoline from India is a clear sign you are losing if not the war, the momentum and morale of it. The whole reason it was not made an all out war in the beginning was to pacify the domestic Russian population so they would not have to “go without” much like the US did during the GWOT, but he’s let it go too long. Even if it’s not seriously depleting stocks, like the Doolittle Raid on Japan, it;s pinpricks at the heart of Russia’s top industry, frustrating one of Russias supposed strengths, air defense. Any of us could tell Putin that the west will not stop until they’re made to stop, and he knows that, so he must be letting it happen to let the MIC get rich and to create a managed conflict, gog and magog, edom and ishmail, etc. It’s the only thing that makes sense.
