Many people feel tired, even resistant, when they think about karma and reincarnation.
I recall my ever-so-clever sister telling me that my ego, unwillingness to accept finality, caused me to believe in reincarnation.
When I replied, “On the contrary: I would prefer closure, finality,’ she didn’t reply.
The idea of having to ‘come back again,’ to experience pain, loss, illness, and lessons that seem endless, can feel unfair.
The human mind, bound by time, sees this as punishment. But the soul sees something very different.

For the soul, life is not a prison. It is a journey. A school. A garden of experience. The soul does not suffer the way the body does.
Between incarnations, it sees the whole picture and understands the purpose behind both joy and hardship.
What the mind calls obligation, the soul knows as choice.
Karma is often misunderstood as reward and punishment, but in truth, it is simply the movement of energy, cause and effect returning to restore balance.
No one is judging. No one is keeping score. It is a natural rhythm, like a wave returning to the shore.
The exhaustion we feel comes from limitation. In the body, we forget our eternity.

The soul remembers. It knows that death is not an end, and incarnation is not an obligation; it is a possibility, a privilege. And when rest is needed, the soul takes it.
The soul’s path is not about escaping the cycle, but about moving through it with awareness.
There is no vicious circle, only a spiral of growth. Each life carries us higher, closer to the source.
The mind fears repetition. The soul knows every incarnation is a new note in a greater symphony.
Even when it feels like we are going in circles, we are not. Each step widens the spiral and brings a deeper understanding.
It’s not about escaping karma; it’s about transforming it into conscious choice. From below, the path looks like an endless series of turns. From the above, we see that every turn led us higher.
