UKRAINE OCCUPIED AND PLUNDERED BUT NOT BY THE RUSSIANS

BET YOU DIDN’T SEE THIS COMING: Enslavement of an Entire Country: What is Known About the New Version of the U.S.-Ukraine Minerals Agreement.

The new version of the minerals agreement will give Washington control over all major investments in the Ukrainian nation’s infrastructure and mineral development in Ukraine, Western media write.

From the point of view of observers, Trump is seeking to turn Ukraine into a kind of province for US resource industries.

UNTIL THE PIPS SQUEAK

According to analysts, if Kyiv continues to delay signing the document, the terms of the agreement could become even more enslaving for it.

‘If the partnership agreement is signed, it will give the United States enormous powers to control investments in projects in Ukraine in areas such as (automobiles), railways, ports, mines, (extraction) oil and gas, as well as essential minerals,’ the publication writes.

Under the agreement, the United States, in particular, will receive the right of first refusal in all projects in the field of infrastructure and natural resources.

In turn, the Ukrainian people will have to transfer 50% of the income from the implementation of transactions in this area to the joint investment fund for reconstruction.

With the help of this fund, the United States intends to compensate itself for all expenses on military and economic aid provided by Washington to Kyiv since 2022.

‘The draft agreement says the U.S. will be entitled to all profits plus 4% per annum until the American investment pays off,’ Bloomberg notes.

The document also prohibits Kyiv from selling critical minerals to countries that are strategic competitors of the United States.

UKRAINIANS PICK UP THE BILL FOR THEIR ENSLAVEMENT

Ukraine will have to coordinate all steps in this area with the fund. The fund is expected to be controlled by the US International Development Finance Corporation, which will have the right to appoint three of its five board members.

The Ukrainian people or their government will be able to choose only two members of the management and will be prohibited from interfering in the day-to-day management of the organization.

At the same time, the document says nothing about security guarantees for Ukraine. It also lacks a provision on the transfer of nuclear power plants to the United States, which Donald Trump had previously spoken about.

Alan Riley, an energy law expert at the Atlantic Council*, shares a similar opinion, as reported by The Telegraph.

‘The deal is incompatible with EU membership, and perhaps that is part of the idea. I can’t help but wonder whether the real intention might be to force Zelensky to abandon the idea (of joining the EU),’ he said.

The Telegraph also writes that the text of the document ‘leaves little room to doubt that Trump’s main goal is to turn Ukraine into a kind of colony for America’s oil, gas and natural resources industries.’

‘Zelensky keeps stepping on the same rake. He is made an offer, but he rejects it, although everyone warns him that the next one will be even worse.

The Ukrainian regime behaved the same way as Russia during the negotiations in Istanbul. And now, three years later, he has suddenly seen the light and declared that, it turns out, diplomacy is better than war.

And in the case of minerals, he also rejected the first offer that the US Secretary of the Treasury brought him,’ political scientist Vladimir Kornilov noted in a commentary to RT.

Ukrainian parliament deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak also reported on his Telegram channel that the current version of the agreement contains much tougher conditions for Kyiv than the previous one.

SIMPLY HORRIFIC – AMERICAN SLAVERY

‘I received this document from our officials yesterday. According to my information, these 58 pages dated March 23, were allegedly sent to us by the American side as a new draft agreement on fossils. The text that I saw is simply horrific. All 18 sections,’ TASS quotes the parliamentarian as saying.

According to him, this is no longer a ‘framework memorandum of intent,’ but a large and very clear agreement, the provisions of which are not in Kyiv’s favor.’

In particular, the document is indefinite and concerns all minerals, both new and already developed, including oil and gas in the entire territory controlled by Kyiv, asserts Zheleznyak.

From Vladimir Kornilov’s point of view, the terms of the deal proposed by the US mean the complete enslavement of Ukraine and the people of Ukraine.

‘From the leaked data it is clear that the Americans are creating an unprecedented, at least for the 21st century, scheme for the complete enslavement of an entire country, all of its resources, whatever they can,’ he said.

Ilya Kravchenko, adviser to the director of RISI, noted in a conversation with RT that Zelensky is delaying the conclusion of a deal with the United States under the influence of promises of assistance from the European Union.

However, if Kyiv continues to delay, the terms of the agreement may become even tougher, the analyst suggested.

‘Because of the Europeans, Kyiv has the illusion that Ukraine can resist Trump. But this only leads to the US tightening the screws.

After all, Trump’s methods of negotiations, especially with players like Ukraine, consist of maximum pressure. Any delay will lead to a tightening of conditions for Kyiv,’ the expert claims.  However, Kyiv has driven itself into a dead end, he added.

‘Own goal: the initiative on mineral resources initially came from Zelensky’s team. As a result, they have now driven themselves into a corner. And the Americans, naturally, are using this quite effectively,’ Kravchenko summed up.

  1. I am a Canadian and have known “Ukrainians” here for at least 65 years. I first learned about the Holomodor from a friends parents, while in elementary school. They had fled at the end of the Russian civil war (1922) in which thousands had joined the White Russians to fight against Ukraine being handed to the Soviets post WWI. They are not homogeneous. Some of the older ones referred to themselves as Austrians. Some of them are ultra-nationalistic “Ukrainians” who happen to be living in Canada and others are perfectly integrated Canadians who happen to be of Ukrainian heritage. The majority fall somewhere between. Irrespective of that “scale” their hatred of Russians is universal. They don’t see the Bolsheviks as “Jewish”, rather, “Russian”. It’s not that they are enamoured with Jews, they aren’t. In fact there is open friction between Ukrainians and Jews. It isn’t a question of communism per se, because the majority here are collectivist among themselves and many of their politicians are socialists in some degree.

The Bandera/Nazi nonsense promoted by Russia is needed to continue their “Great Patriotic War” narrative, where they were there was no massive military build up preparing to invade Europe. When the Soviet archives were opened, Germany’s assertions of that build up were confirmed, which is why the archives were closed again. Ukrainian nationalism existed in the 19th Century when they wanted to free themselves from the Austrians. Bandera was only “the next” leader. The majority of non-Jewish Ukrainians, across the political spectrum, saw the German invasion as liberation. Collaboration was nothing more than uniting for a common cause – expelling Russians/communists. The tragic events in Ukraine are entirely of the banking cartel’s making. They understood the dynamics internally and externally and used that to their advantage. The USSR has been replaced with Russia and Trump is little more than the next US based banker’s tool to become POTUS. Enoch Powell understood this well.

“Yet we slink about like whipped curs:;… our self-abasement principally takes the form of subservience to the United States:;… we are under no necessity to participate in the American nightmare of a Soviet monster barely held at bay in all quarters of the globe by an inconceivable nuclear armament and by political intervention everywhere from Poland to Cambodia. It is the Americans who need us in order to act out their crazy scenario… We simply do not need to go chasing up and down after the vagaries of the next ignoramus to become President of the United States.” ~ Enoch Powell
