Cops Unleash Hell in the Hague

Whilst State-dependent mainstream media focuses its cameras and sends its news teams to cover anti-government protests in Myanmar (formerly Burma) in South-East Asia, state repression in the European Union goes without press comment or condemnation.

Anti-lockdown protests are continuing in the Netherlands, with thousands of protestors is taking to the streets of The Hague to condemn the government’s coronavirus policies. The protest has been met with such a forceful police response that the Burmese themselves are horrified at the scale of state violence in Europe.

The Hague, anti-lockdown protestor

Many hundreds of anti-government protesters gathered in The Hague on Sunday on the eve of the country’s general election, which is set to span over three days in order to avoid large crowds gathering at the voting stations as a so-called precaution against the coronavirus.

The protesters carried placards disparaging the Dutch regime’s totalitarian coronavirus measures. A large banner reading ’Love and Freedom: No Dictatorship’ was displayed by the activists.

The mass peoples gathering were closely monitored by a massive state police force which urged the protesters to disperse or face the consequences. While at first only minor scuffles between the officers and the protesters occurred, the police moved in en masse to muscle the crowd out about an hour into the event. The repression has prompted a series of mass protests in recent weeks which have been met with a heavy police response.

As elsewhere in Europe, the Dutch people are increasingly sceptical of their government’s response to a virus hardly less damaging to public health than the influenza. Throughout the European Union and the United Kingdom, news emerges of huge fraud committed by corporations, the political and ruling elite. Source
