MICHAEL WALSH OP-ED: Let us be quite clear about it; neither Russia nor China poses a threat to the Managed Democracies of the West. War is simply not in their interests. In fact, war to either of these nations would be as disastrous to them as it would be to the incinerated millions in the so-called democracies. Russia shares borders with 14 other countries, more than any other country. Russia gets on fine with its neighbours.
