The AfD’s positions against immigration and sanctions on Russia are proving popular in Germany: For the first time, the right-wing Alternative for Germany (AfD) party has not only overtaken the Green party but also the Social Democrats (SPD), and become the second most popular party in Germany, according to a new YouGov poll.
The figures to be published later this month will show a huge increase over Britain’s previous annual peak of 504,000. Clearly, for the umpteenth time the British electorate has been deceived by government and state media that immigration is going to be curtailed.
Jordan Bardella now leads the National Rally party from Marine Le Pen, who stood aside to become the party’s parliamentary leader. The 28-year-old revolutionary spoke of France leading a new conservative revolution: ‘In past history, France has always set an example and made its revolution first. I think that the time of the patriots has come in France.’
