We sat at home with my husband, reading when my mobile sounded an incoming call from an unknown number. I’m taking a drink, and picking up my mobile I hear an unfamiliar voice. I can hear what some old grandmother is saying. ‘Help, I’m locked up here, no food, nothing to drink, I’m dying!’ The phone then went dead.

There was a priest, the dirty beast: Before taking his own life over sex abuse allegations, a British priest reportedly organized a lockdown-defying sex and debauchery orgy. The Catholic Church is allegedly investigating allegations of a sex party that took place at the sacred St. Mary’s Cathedral in Newcastle while the rest of the UK was under strict lockdown rules, the Sunday Times reported. The probe is part of a wider Vatican inquiry into the diocese, involving multiple cases of sexual abuse.

Would anyone be inspired to write books, compose music, or paint pictures if there was no one to enjoy them? Yes, I think they would. It is my belief that each of us is given a gift although many go through life without discovering their unknown ability; a great pity.
