Liverpool born poet and writer Michael Walsh traces his Liverpool roots back to 1865. This was the year his Irish great-grandmother arrived in the Second City of Empire. His parents were born at the turn of what was to become the most tumultuous century in history. Michael's father, Patrick, fought in three major conflicts before reaching his fortieth birthday. His mother, Kathleen, was a former nun turned gun-running renegade.
On leaving school at 15 years of age, Michael spent 12 weeks at the Merchant Navy School for Sailors in Sharpness, Gloucestershire. During his years at sea, he was to visit and work in over 60 countries.
The journalist and broadcaster since provided articles and columns for numerous magazines and international news media. To better understand half-American Winston Churchill it is best to keep in mind that foremost the World War II warlord was an opportunist. A political chameleon, he changed sides of the House more times than he changed his women’s silk knickers, which he adored. It would be difficult to find anyone outside Hitler’s Germany to heap more praise on Adolf Hitler did. Winston Churchill had no problems changing his political rhetoric as the audience and opportunity required.
WORLD WAR II the war profiteers raked in $933 every time blood was spilt anywhere in the world. Every time an American fell in battle the Wall Street tills rang up $52,000 blood profits.
In March 25, 2021 webcast, former abortion worker Kelly Lester told her story of having an abortion at age 15, which she said ‘changed who I was. It changed how I felt about myself. It changed how I thought other people saw me, even though people didn’t necessarily know about it.’
The householder has the right to decide his or her guests. The political party has the right to decide its members. The employer has the right to decide its employees. The hallmark of any independent institution is its ability to control its entrants. Yet when it comes to the nation, it can no longer control who enters. The 1951 UN Refugee Convention has shattered the ability of nations to control their borders.

There also seems to be a loose-running theme among young women surrounding the fear of losing oneself by having children before one really knows who she is.
In its latest EU-wide survey of citizens’ views, the EU’s spring ‘Euro barometer’ will not make for comfortable reading in Brussels.
