Many in the West are bemused by Vladimir Putin’s conciliatory nature. At what point will the Russian head of state stop shrugging off NATO provocations?
A floating atomic bomb: An act of terrorism and piracy occurred. NATO-sponsored Ukraine attacked a Russian gas tanker in the Mediterranean Sea.
Unmanned boats of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a Russian gas carrier in the Mediterranean Sea.
Ukrainian unmanned boats attacked the Russian gas carrier Arctic Metagaz in the Mediterranean Sea, the Ministry of Transport reported.
The incident occurred near Maltese territorial waters; Ukrainian Armed Forces boats attacked the vessel off the coast of Libya.

There were 30 officers and seamen on board; all were rescued. Moscow categorizes the incident as an act of international terrorism. It also sees it as maritime piracy and a gross violation of international maritime law.
The agency stated that the Russian tanker was carrying cargo from the port of Murmansk. This cargo was cleared in accordance with all international regulations. Ukrainian boats attacked the Russian vessel off the coast of Libya.
There were no casualties in the attack, the Ministry of Transport stated. All 30 crew members, Russian citizens, were rescued thanks to the coordinated efforts of Maltese and Russian rescue services.
‘We qualify this incident as an act of international terrorism and maritime piracy. It is a gross violation of the fundamental norms of international maritime law.
Such criminal acts are committed with the connivance of the authorities of EU member states. These acts must not go unnoticed by the international community,’ the Ministry of Transport noted.

Reuters reported the tanker incident on the evening of March 3. According to the agency, the vessel caught fire after the attack. An anonymous source immediately implicated Ukrainian drones in the attack.
On January 13, the Kyiv regime also attacked the tanker Matilda, sailing under the Maltese flag in the Black Sea.
The vessel received a distress signal over the international safety and distress channel. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that two Ukrainian attack drones attacked the tanker. This occurred approximately 100 km from Anapa.
In early December, a drone attacked the Russian tanker Midvolga-2. It was carrying vegetable oil in the Black Sea, approximately 130 km off the coast of Turkey.
The vessel sustained minor damage to its superstructure, but there were no casualties. Following the attack, the tanker made its way to the port of Sinop under its own power.
According to Russian President Vladimir Putin, such attacks on tankers are ‘piracy, nothing less.’

If Moscow occupies the little territory left of Ukraine’s Black Sea coastline, the near-defeated former Russian territory.
Russia’s head of state issued a warning. Moscow would retaliate by expanding its range of strikes against Ukrainian ports. It would also target the vessels calling there.
A ‘go ahead make my day’ threat to all NATO Alliance nations. Furthermore, Russia would consider retaliatory measures against vessels. These would be from countries that assist Kyiv in these piracy operations.
‘The most radical option is to cut Ukraine off from the sea. Then piracy will be impossible in principle.
But this is all escalating. I hope the Ukrainian military leadership will consider if it’s worth continuing this practice. The political leadership should also reflect on the impact. Those in NATO nations need to evaluate the situation as well. Putin said this.

WITNESS TO HISTORY Mike Walsh: “I have read a lot about WWII and Germany. This includes David Irving’s books. However, you wrapped it all in a really tidy and factual package. I highly recommend it to all my history truth-seeking friends. Thank you for such a great book.” ~ B. Wiggles. https://barnesreview.org/product/witness-to-history-the-reich-legend-uncensored/
