MICHAEL WALSH HISTORIAN
The late, great Aleksander Solzhenitsyn was a passionately anti-communist writer. He was a voice for freedom. He served as a vital source of spiritual nourishment to a huge circle of readers.
Born in Russia on Dec. 11, 1918, he died on Aug. 3, 2008, at the age of 89.
Solzhenitsyn felt it was his duty to record Russia’s shocking gulag experiences for mankind to ponder.
He was well aware of this possibility for America. Eventually, this could be our own experience. This will happen if we fail to find leaders of the same moral caliber as our Founding Fathers.

The Soviets (not the current Russian government) banned all his works. This occurred after the publication of his 1962 book, A Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich.
Despite this, he was widely read in Russia. He was also the only Russian writer to hit the bestseller lists in the Western world.
In his acceptance of the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1970, Solzhenitsyn quoted a Russian proverb that accurately summarizes his creed:
‘One word of truth shall outweigh the whole world.’

After being expelled from Russia, he migrated to America. He survived nearly 10 years in the gulag archipelago.
Considered the 20th century’s great writer, he shut himself away behind barbed wire-topped walls in a Vermont mountain town. This was to maintain his working regimen.
If he despised the heavy-handed Soviet communist rule, he also came to equally loathe the West’s ‘smug hedonism’.
This view did not endear him to America’s controlled media. They quickly portrayed him as bigoted and antisocial.
‘’Without Jews, there would never have been Bolshevism. For a Jew, nothing is more insulting than the truth. The bloodthirsty Jewish terrorists have murdered more than sixty-million people in Russia from 1918 to 1957.’ ~ Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, Nobel Peace Prize winner and Patriot.

WITNESS TO HISTORY Mike Walsh: “I have read a lot about WWII and Germany. This includes David Irving’s books. However, you wrapped it all in a really tidy and factual package. I highly recommend it to all my history truth-seeking friends. Thank you for such a great book.” ~ B. Wiggles. https://barnesreview.org/product/witness-to-history-the-reich-legend-uncensored/
