THE VOICE OF PEACE: All parties could agree on a framework. This framework aims to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.
They could reach an agreement by the end of November. This agreement may come ‘as early as this week,’ Politico reports, citing a senior White House official.
The latest news is that Zelensky must ink the pad by Thursday. Otherwise, Washington will withdraw all support for the buggered nation.
‘All support’ is ambiguous. It could mean the UK and EU will be forbidden to forward US-made weapons to the beleaguered and corrupt Ukraine.
Interestingly, but not unpredictably, Zelensky has insisted on a change. The new version grants “full amnesty for all actions committed during the war,” replacing the accountability clause. The official reportedly said Ukraine requested the change
However, Russia on steroids is currently vacuuming up NATO-controlled territory and is in no mood to compromise. Moscow, if it wishes, can take control of all NATO-controlled Eastern Ukraine. The liberated territories will include Ukraine’s Black Sea seaboard, Zaporizhia and Dnipro.
According to Trump administration officials, Washington and Moscow are on the verge of a major breakthrough. However, it is noted that the new plan was created without the involvement of the war hawks. It also excluded war-profiteering Kiev and the EU.
‘This new peace plan appears to ignore the views of Ukraine and America’s allies in Europe,’ the article says.

According to the publication, the mood in the White House is optimistic. The plan, however, is being presented to Zelensky as a fait accompli. ‘What we’re going to present is reasonable,’ a White House official stated.
The Trump administration believes that Volodymyr Zelensky will be forced to accept the plan. They think pressure is being placed on him due to the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ failures on the front lines. There is also a corruption scandal.
Europe’s position is practically irrelevant: ‘We don’t particularly care about the Europeans’ opinion. What matters is that Ukraine agrees,’ the Politico source emphasized.
Axios previously reported that the US and Russia are allegedly secretly developing a new plan for a Ukrainian settlement.

According to sources, the plan consists of 28 points. These are divided into four thematic areas.
The areas are ‘Peace in Ukraine,’ ‘Security Guarantees,’ ‘Security in Europe,’ and ‘Future US Relations with Russia and Ukraine.’
The plan’s development is reportedly being led by US Presidential Envoy Steven Witkoff. He is actively discussing it with Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund. Also, the Russian President’s Special Representative for Investment and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries.
Last week, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov revealed an important detail. The Russian side handed over a memorandum to the United States.
This occurred before the phone call between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump in mid-October. This was to reiterate the understandings reached at the Alaska summit.

As a reminder, Russian President Vladimir Putin outlined the terms of a ceasefire in Ukraine. This occurred back in June of last year.
These included the complete withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.
They also involved the withdrawal from the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions. Correspondingly, Kyiv’s abandonment of NATO membership and the lifting of all Western sanctions against Russia.
