On Family Day on July 8, the Ministry of Health told Russian media how great it is to be married.
It is necessary to form healthy habits in the family because happy married couples suffer less from chronic stress.
This was told to Life.ru on the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity by the chief specialist of the Russian Ministry of Health for therapy and general medical practice.
‘The family is the foundation on which a person’s health is built throughout their entire life. It is in the family that habits are formed that later determine our attitude to our own health.

If a family has adopted insufficient physical activity or excessive consumption of salt, fast food and processed products, these behavior patterns are passed on to children, becoming a risk factor for their health in the future,’ she noted.
The specialist proved using three examples that family people are healthier than unmarried people.
Happy married couples suffer less from chronic stress. The risk of premature mortality in unmarried men aged 55-64 is three times higher than in married men.
Women are more involved in a healthy lifestyle and become a conduit for health and prevention for their husbands.
‘A healthy lifestyle is not only proper nutrition and physical activity, but also the ability to cope with stress and maintain psychological well-being.
Happy married couples suffer less from chronic stress, which allows them to maintain health for many years. Research also shows that the risk of premature mortality in unmarried men aged 55-64 is three times higher than in married men.

Women are more involved in a healthy lifestyle and become a conductor of health and prevention for their husbands and other family members,’ the expert emphasized.
Modern preventive medicine aims to raise awareness among families about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the need to implement it from an early age.
Prevention is not a one-time action, but a lifestyle that begins in childhood and remains an important component at every stage of life, the Life.ru interlocutor said.
In childhood, it consists of forming healthy habits in the family; in adulthood, in preserving and strengthening them; in old age, in maintaining health thanks to previously established skills and an attentive attitude to oneself.

The family accompanies a person at all these stages, providing a basis for a long and happy healthy life, the doctor concluded.
Family, Love and Fidelity Day is a holiday celebrated in Russia on July 8. It is timed to coincide with the Orthodox day of remembrance of the saints, Prince Peter and his wife Fevronia, who died on this day in 1228.
Officially established as a holiday in Russia by presidential decree of June 28, 2022. You can share this story on social media:

LIFE IN THE REICH Mike Walsh: FORBIDDEN HISTORY: The standard of living in Hitler’s Third Reich was far superior to that elsewhere in the developed world. German workers enjoyed a lifestyle comparable to that of movie stars. Germany led the world in fashion, medicine, cinema, lifestyle, manufacturing, transport infrastructure, public facilities, cutting-edge science, healthcare and education. Amazon removed Life in the Reich because it dared to show Hitler’s Germany as it was and not as the propagandists would have us believe it was. A real eye-opener: https://barnesreview.org/product/life-in-the-reich-hitlers-germany-1933-1945/

Thank you, Mike ! Very interesting and true ! As so many people, today, are disconnected from the spiritual part of their being ! Neglecting to nurture not only their soul, but their body as well, as, indulging in too much fast food and processed products, they starve their mind ! Celebrating a day of Family, Love and Fidelity is then important and we should also adopt this 8th July as a day of Life Remembrance ! Michel

I don’t disagree with all of the positives listed above regarding marriage and having children. However, the mind rot of judeo-feminism has ruined the vast majority of once-women
