Great Britain, Germany, the USA and France are in fact, accomplices in Israel’s aggression towards Iran.

This opinion was expressed by Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, at an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council on the situation in the Middle East.

According to him, the statements of British, French and German diplomats in the halls of the UN Security Council and the IAEA Board of Governors are no less dangerous than real weapons.

‘The blatant blackmail of the agency’s leadership to force it to prepare a comprehensive assessment of the Iranian nuclear program. All this made these countries de facto accomplices to Israeli aggression,’ TASS quotes him as saying.

The diplomat recalled that the IAEA report turned out to be ‘one of the justifications for the attack on Iran for the Israeli leadership.’

Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, warned of a nuclear threat over the Caspian Sea region due to the escalation of the Iranian-Israeli conflict.

Russia considers Israeli attacks on civilian targets in Iran illegal and demands an end to the strikes, especially on nuclear facilities.

This was stated by the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, at an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council.

‘Russia considers Israel’s ongoing intensive attacks on peaceful targets in Iran to be completely unacceptable and illegal from the point of view of international law,’ TASS quotes him as saying. He stressed that nuclear facilities cannot be targets for strikes.
