By all the rules of the genre, Ursula von der Leyen should have resigned as President of the European Commission after her guilt in concealing information about vaccine purchases was fully proven

So says Pavel Feldman, a professor at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations and a candidate of political sciences, told RT.

‘This is an accusation of committing a serious corruption crime and abuse of office. With such a stain on their reputation, no official can continue to perform their professional duties.

Ursula von der Leyen is not capable of making objective political decisions, since she is biased by big business and openly lobbies the interests of certain companies,’ the expert believes.

According to him, if she retains her current position, the myth about the unsinkability of the principles of European democracy will be finally debunked.

‘Von der Leyen’s actions serve as clear evidence that high-ranking European bureaucrats have long been mired in corruption. It is no coincidence that there is a growing demand in EU countries for a change in the old Brussels elite,’ Feldman concluded.

Earlier, the European Court of Justice found European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen responsible for concealing data on contracts for the purchase of COVID-19 vaccines in 2021-2023.
