BREAKING: A man was arrested After Suspected Arson Attacks on Properties Linked to British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to endanger life, following a series of fires at properties connected to Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.
The suspect was detained in the early hours of Tuesday and remains in police custody, the Metropolitan Police confirmed. Counter-terrorism officers are leading the investigation due to the high-profile nature of the target.
The most serious incident occurred early Monday morning at Starmer’s taxpayer-funded private home in Kentish Town, north London.
London Fire Brigade responded to a small blaze at 1:11am, which was brought under control within 20 minutes. The fire caused damage to the property’s entrance, but no injuries were reported.

This followed a separate fire early Sunday morning at another taxpayer-subsidised property linked to Starmer, a converted house in Islington.
One person was rescued by firefighters via an internal staircase. The Prime Minister is known to have ties to both addresses, though he currently resides at Downing Street.
Police are also investigating a third incident, a car fire, on the same Kentish Town Street last Thursday, as part of a possible pattern.
‘Due to the property’s connection with a high-profile public figure, officers from the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command are leading the investigation,’ the force said in a statement. They confirmed the fires are being treated as suspicious and may be connected.

Sir Keir Starmer, who previously lived at the Kentish Town address before moving into Downing Street after the 2024 general election, has rented out the property since.
On Monday, the Prime Minister thanked emergency services for their swift response. A spokesperson said the matter is subject to an ongoing investigation and declined to comment further on who was inside the property at the time.
Home Secretary Yvette Cooper said she had been briefed but could not disclose details while the investigation was active.
‘The police have my full support,’ she whined. ‘We all share serious concerns about any such incident, but we also have full confidence in the investigation underway.’ TELL US WHAT YOU THINK
