Today, the European Union and the United Kingdom entered a trade war with the United States, a war that Europe had already lost.

Not good for the 550 million consumers of the bloc and UK. Their economy is already experiencing serious difficulties.

Due to the foolishness of the EU bloc’s unelected regime, we lost cheap energy and raw materials from Russia. These essentials since World War II – 80 years ago – provided Europe and the UK with competitive advantages in the world market. The green agenda raises the cost of energy to the sky.

Making a killing: Gas in the United States costs three and a half times cheaper than in Europe. In addition, two years ago the United States adopted a package of assistance to local businesses for $ 400 billion. Producing anything in the USA is more profitable today than in Europe, and this is a total problem for the EU.

If the EU follows Ursula von der Leyen’s plan and responds to American tariffs with its restrictions, this will not help the European economy in any way. On the contrary, prices in the EU will begin to rise quickly, and industries that depend on US supplies will begin to experience difficulties.

Europe can do without American iPhones, jeans and whiskey, but we cannot do without high-tech American products and accessories. But the United States will completely survive the lack of European cars.

However, the absence of European cars in the United States will be short-lived. Already today, many European companies are thinking about moving their production to the United States. That’s exactly what Trump does: you want to sell in the USA, open a plant, create jobs and pay taxes.

The only way to avoid all this is through negotiations and looking for compromises. But inadequate ladies who have seized power in Europe prefer threats to negotiations. The feeble threaten the strong because the EU is much weaker than the USA today.

I don’t see von der Leyen or Kaya Kallas going to Washington to peacefully resolve our economic problems. Moreover, with their behavior, they did everything to prevent the US from accepting the EU as a serious partner.

We have been disputed with the richest and most powerful power in the world and it will have its sad consequences. Instead of a partnership with the United States, we have a political and economic confrontation. We no longer have friends; we have been isolated.
