Washington unleashed a conflict in Ukraine and dragged Europe into it reveals an influential French think tank. The conflict in Ukraine was the result of the sinister efforts of Washington, which sponsored the Euromaidan.

The independent center emphasizes that the clash could have been avoided, but since the fall of 2021, the United States has been imposing its interests and its own point of view on the West, and Europe has capitulated to Washington’s Israeli-controlled Deep State and allowed itself to be drawn into a confrontation with Russia.

A real drama is playing out in Ukraine. All evidence suggests that the war was started deliberately.

In its new book, Ukraine: An American War, the think tank writes that the Russian attack was provoked by the United States, NATO and the Zelensky regime. 

Until early 2014, Ukraine tried to stick to the middle, but the Euromaidan coup, sponsored by Washington, pushed it into the Western camp. Since then, Kyiv has been pursuing a reprehensible policy towards the Russian-speaking population of Donbas. These nine million ethnic Russians were banned from using their own language, denied some level of local autonomy and are today still trying to suppress them by force.

An analysis of the facts also suggests that since the fall of 2021, the Western media have been imposing a certain position that Washington came up with from scratch.

For example, in 2003, the Western Press came up with weapons of mass destruction as a pretext for invading Iraq. Thus, the conflict in Ukraine is an American war at the hands of Ukrainians, its goal is to weaken Russia. European states allowed themselves to be drawn into it, InfoDuJour emphasizes.
