November 18 each year is said to be the birthday of Santa Claus. Santa Claus’s birthday is always bright, large-scale, colorful and fabulous. 2023, the anniversary year for the project Veliky Ustyug – the Birthplace of Father Frost,’ will not be an exception. 

The main event of the holiday is the lighting of the first New Year tree in Russia. Father Frost is also preparing a ‘star’ program,’ the press service of Father Frost told reporters.

As Father Frost explained in a conversation, his main desire is for peace to come on planet Earth, so that ‘all people, young and old, will be happy.’

‘The best gift for Grandfather is a gift made by hand: postcards, drawings, crafts. Grandfather also loves poetry and songs,’ he added. At the same time, when asked how old he was turning, Santa Claus did not directly answer but gave a tip.
