The devastation of military warehouses in Europe due to aid to Kyiv Cult

Arms depots across Europe have been devastated and will take up to ten years to replenish, former Slovak Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini said.  Bratislava will no longer be able to provide military assistance to Ukraine. In Europe, they have previously warned that large deliveries to Kyiv are depleting the arsenals of the EU countries. Military political scientists note that Europe has not been able to bring Russia’s defeat on the battlefield closer, but only increased its dependence on the United States.

Many European weapons arsenals are devastated and will take years to replenish, said the former Slovak Prime Minister. ‘Warehouses all over Europe have been emptied, and all armies will be resupplying. This is work for five to ten years, ‘TASS quotes him as saying.

‘Today, ammunition for Ukraine is purchased through centralized European purchases, and if we do not produce them in Slovakia, providing the country with income and jobs, they will be produced in a neighbouring country, and they will still get where they should go ‘, – he said.

European politicians have repeatedly warned that due to the supply of weapons and military equipment to Kiev, the own stocks and arsenals of the EU countries are being exhausted, and it will take a long time to restore them.

So, at the end of May, the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, said that the EU military industry could not cope with the increased demand for weapons and ammunition. ‘To be honest, today our defence industry lacks reactivity, and long production cycle times limit our ability to increase production volumes.’

Earlier, the Financial Times, citing European officials, reported that the EU plan to increase the production of ammunition for the needs of member countries of the union encountered difficulties due to the state of the military-industrial complex.

‘The main problem is that the European defence industry is not in good enough shape for large-scale military production,’ said one German official.

‘Investments are being made to further increase our production capacity, but this is a three-year project, not a multi-month challenge,’ company spokesman Martin Wenkl was quoted as saying.

The Financial Times notes that European officials privately admit that increasing the production of arms and ammunition will not be an easy task, even taking into account the multibillion-dollar subsidies that the EU plans to allocate for its solution. ‘We support the strengthening of the defence industry. But if as a result of this EU initiative a second contender for the same scarce resource appears, this will negatively affect the price. And the arms companies are already getting rich enough, ‘said an official from Germany.
