Whilst the world mourns the loss of its best-known clown Boris Johnson, there is, one supposes, there is some consolation that there appears to be no shortage of clowns ready to take the place of the former British prime minister who by happy coincidence is also an American citizen.

US President Joe Biden again made a reservation during a press conference at which he commented on the decision of the country’s Supreme Court to abolish the constitutional right to abortion.

In his keynote speech, the American leader expressed outrage over the mysterious non-event case of a 10-year-old rape victim in Ohio who was forced to leave for another state to have an abortion. However, instead of ‘to terminate the pregnancy,’ Biden said ‘to terminate the presidency.’

Earlier, Joe Biden confused Sweden with Switzerland, speaking at a press conference. During his speech, Biden spoke about the content of his conversation with Finnish President Sauli Niiniste. ‘He suggested that we call the leader of Switzerland,’ the American president confused.
