I’m so old I remember the last century

For example, I remember the times when butter was healthy. The natural farm produced butter was put in hot porridge, spread on bread, grease pancakes. Oil was very healthy, especially for children.

I still remember when yeast was useful. Especially for teenagers. When another growing child started his or her pimple season at our house, mom started making pancakes on yeast almost every morning for breakfast. Chubby, sour, terribly delicious pancakes were terribly healthy because they have yeast.

The meat was healthy, any meat. Pork, beef, wild was useful for everyone, especially for children and those with physical activity. And brain bones were useful as was cartilage.

The chicken was healthy all. Of course, the chest, but legs-wings, everything in the chicken was useful, except for the intestines, gallbladder and feathers.

The fish was useful for everyone. Especially fatty. Specifically for children. The children were particularly to benefit from fatty fish, but all the fish were also useful for adults. The egg yolk was healthy. Especially for children too. And the elderly.

Dairy products were useful, all without exception. For children, pregnant women and sick, especially, but in general. everyone. The cottage cheese of any fatty was healthy. Milk had calcium, protein, vitamins. Lactose was also and it was useful too. The sour cream was useful, especially the village, of course, but the storehouse was also useful. Especially in borscht.

Borscht was useful at all. First of all, soup. Hot soup once a day was extremely useful for anybody. Secondly, there is meat in borscht, and it was still healthy back then. Thirdly, vegetables.

The vegetables, many homegrown were all healthy. The beets were useful. Especially those who have acne and constipation, but in general, it was useful to everyone for blood. Carrot helped grow and see well. Cabbage was famous for vitamins. The peas were healthy. The tomatoes were very healthy. Very much.

Porridge was useful. Any groats were useful. Especially for the kids. For men too, if with meat. Although, in general, everyone was healthy with meat.

Apples were useful. Especially for the kids. Oranges were useful. Especially the sick. The bread was healthy. Especially everyone. Honey was healthy. Especially in winter. Cocoa was very useful, also for children – especially. Tea with milk was healthy. No milk either. Only coffee was harmful if you drink it a lot. And if not too much, then nothing too.

Nowadays, of course, many products have spoiled their temper. Everyone has become harmful, terrible! Only we are residents of the last century and remember how sweet and helpful they were once before.
