Final Proof that Refusal, Petitions and Demonstrations have no effect on Toxic Regimes

Question being asked, how does the public inoculate itself against the toxic effects of a bite from a rabid regime? QUOTE: ‘They will not be allowed to enter a store without a ‘passport’. Tough Antique Restrictions Entered into Force in Lithuania.

In Lithuania, stricter restrictions have come into force in connection with the Covid-19 (flu) virus. Now, visiting shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants is possible only upon presentation of a ‘passport of opportunity’, an internal analogue of a ‘covid certificate’.

Residents of Lithuania without a ‘passport of opportunity’ will not be able to get into shops with non-essential goods, shopping centres, markets (if their area exceeds 1500 sq. M.), Will not be able to use the services of beauty salons, go to sports clubs, to events with participation more than 500 people.

The same restrictions apply to non-Lithuanians, only instead of a ‘passport of opportunity’ they need to present a European ‘covid certificate’. However, the requirement to present a passport or certificate does not override other restrictions and recommendations: in particular, wearing masks and keeping a distance.

Starting Monday, the ‘passport of opportunity’ will be required in 75 Maxima stores, since their area exceeds 1,500 sq. m. Near the entrance to the shops there will be workers in special vests, they will scan QR codes and check other documents. ‘Passport of Opportunities’ will be required in four of 57 Lidl stores operating in Lithuania. 27 Rimi stores will be able to work without changes, ‘passports of opportunities’ will be asked in 43 stores.

Without a ‘passport of opportunities’ you can:

Go to grocery stores and grocery markets, to stores with goods for animals, to pharmacies, opticians, orthopaedic salons, to shops selling plants, seeds, fertilizers. However, only those of them that are not located in the shopping centre or which have a separate entrance, and their area cannot be more than 1,500 sq. m.

Order takeaway food, get services in bars and cafes on summer terraces. There should be no more than 5 people at one table. The distance between clients at different tables should be at least 2 m.

Use the services of a gas station, small repair shops, if the contact lasts no more than 15 minutes.

Get the services of a funeral bureau. Visit libraries, museums, exhibitions, receive social, legal and necessary services in government and municipal institutions. Visit critically ill patients, pregnant women and minors, receive social services.

Pre-schoolers, pupils of primary, secondary schools and gymnasiums, students of vocational schools, all those who study in music, art and other schools receive services without a ‘passport of opportunity’.

Students of universities, colleges, attending courses for adults can go to contact classes without hindrance, if they have a ‘passport of opportunities’.  Those who do not have it should be regularly tested, this service is provided free of charge. This exemption is valid until October 16. Medical services in Lithuania are provided without a ‘passport of opportunity’.

It is noteworthy that in Latvia there is a relatively high proportion of vaccinated people, from 40% to 57%, in the volosts bordering on the Lithuanian Mazeikai and Palanga. Perhaps the relatively high rates of vaccination in these regions are associated with the desire to move freely between Latvia and Lithuania, including shopping in the shopping centres of the neighbouring country, without sitting in self-isolation.
