Official deaths by Covid-19 in Portugal do not exceed 152 victims? This is the Judgment of the Administrative Court of Lisbon reference to data from the DGS. The number is genuine, but it concerns a tiny fraction of the claimed total Covid death certificates by government/media over the past year and a half.
‘Covid Portugal. Official deaths from Jan 2020 to April 2021 = 152.’ This is just one of the dozens of publications circulating on social networks that promise to fight for the truth about the true numbers of mortality caused by the new coronavirus.

The basis for this battle? A judgment of the Administrative Court of the Lisbon Circle which states that ‘between 2020 and 2021, only 152 death certificates were issued by doctors working for the Ministry of Justice (INMLCF) whose cause of death was attributed to Covid-19’. NOTE: This healthcare department is unique in that it is totally independent and there is no conflict of interest.
The judgment is dated May 19, 2021: Since the document was made public, this passage on the Covid-19 fatalities has been systematically highlighted and presented as evidence that the legally recognised official death tolls are in truth well below the values that have been regularly spread by health authorities.

This presumably is because health services across Europe are raking in billions of taxpayers’ bounty on the backs of what is commonly referred to as a scamdemic. ‘The silence of state/media on the official response of the Ministry of Health on the existence of 152 confirmed cases of Covid since January 2020 is appalling,’ reads a social-media publication.

‘Where did the +19,000 dead go to? Where is the evidence? Funeral firms are showing ‘business as usual’ signs. EL PAIS, Spain’s government newspaper predicted 50 percent of the population would perish as a consequence of Covid-19. In Spain too, firms related to funeral arrangements report business throughout the bogus scaremongering period (March 2020 to the present) is quiet.
‘For those who call us deniers and plotters, here’s the answer there’s your stupidity….’ [sic], writes a social media correspondent.

The judicial finding that damns the drug-pushers slamming the Covid serum into human bodies. The messages are related to the judgment and, in most cases, images of the document or the link to the full version are also shared.
The point is that the explanation for the number presented in the judgment is at the same point where reference is made to the 152 death certificates for Covid-19 in this year and a half of pandemic, lockdowns, job losses, business closures, and death due to missed diagnosis of commonplace conditions like heart issues and cancer, etc.
Those certificates were issued, according to the judgment, by ‘doctors who work for the Ministry of Justice’, specifically, doctors working at the National Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Science (this is what the acronym INMLCF means).

But this, explains the Directorate-General of Health to the Observer, is ‘the smallest part’ of the doctors who have been certifying deaths from Covid-19 since the beginning of the pandemic.
This explains the reduced number of deaths that were called to confirm. ‘The vast majority of death certificates that are issued and later coded by the DGS are issued by doctors with a link to the Ministry of Health’, explains this entity. The DGS concedes those 152 deaths referred to in the judgment.

‘On 18/04/2021, 152 death certificates relating to Covid-19 had been encoded by the DGS coding team, effectively, by the doctors working for the Ministry of Justice Guardianship. In this regard, ‘no discrepancy’ with the official data available. ’On that same day, on 18/04/2021 April’, the same answer was translated by government/media as ‘a total of 16,945 deaths by Covid-19 had been verified’ in Portugal.
But what is the context of those 152 certified by health professionals under the Ministry of Justice? As a rule, these doctors are called upon to intervene, and to collaborate in the certification process, when there are suspicions that a crime has led to death.

This is what explains the DGS when it states that ‘medical-legal autopsies carried out by doctors working under the Ministry of Justice take place in situations of violent death or unknown cause, unless there is sufficient clinical information associated with the other elements allow us to safely conclude that there is no suspicion of a crime.’ In practice, medico-legal autopsies serve as ‘support for criminal investigation, and are not, as a rule, carried out in situations of natural death by Covid-19’.
In other words, in Portugal as elsewhere in the European Union and the United Kingdom all death regardless of their cause is listed as Covid-19 deaths merely because at the time of death the victim had traces no matter how small of Covid-19 in their health system.

All other health professionals work under the Ministry of Health (or have no relationship with the Ministry) and were responsible for certifying the 17,077 killed by Covid-19 (data for June 23). Therefore, vested interest is suspected as the root cause of the fake figures.
The data that gave rise to these publications are contained in the case 525/21.4BELSB of the Administrative Court of Circle of Lisbon. A process that follows a request for the disclosure of about a dozen and a half official information about the pandemic reports, opinions and publications of a scientific nature addressed to health institutions (Ministry and Directorate-General) and which did not have the intended result.

It is in response to the court’s request for the data to be made available that the DGS states that ‘after analysis of the replica base of the Death Certificate Information System’, between the first day of 2020 and the 18th of April 2021 only 152 death certificates were found.
Conclusion: DGS records indicated that, as of May this year, there were 152 Covid death certificates issued by INMLCF physicians. But, contrary to what is claimed in media, these numbers do not prove that the official figures known so far, with more than 17,000 deaths by Covid-19 in Portugal, since the beginning of the pandemic, are nothing less than a media-created illusion with no scientific basis.

The 152 deaths mentioned in the court ruling is the smallest part of the total number of certificates issued in the last year and a half in the context of the pandemic and, specifically, related to deaths related to the new coronavirus. Source
