One of von der Leyen’s sons, David, 34, was a partner at McKinsey from 2015 to 2019. McKinsey is present around the world and ‘supports the major players in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry to help them achieve anticipate changes in the sector, design innovative approaches and develop the skills that will guarantee their sustainable performance and profitable growth.’

McKinsey advises the French executive (government) as closely as possible on the vaccine strategy, at a golden price. Victor Fabius, son of the President of the Constitutional Council, is associate director. He supports McKinsey clients in identifying growth drivers based on a ‘fine’ understanding of consumers.
