This is a really important case. It proves once again that the whole Covid thing is a scam, and the government had to admit that they don’t have any virus to isolate.
But watch how it all disappears. If the mainstream doesn’t cover it, it disappears from public consciousness. We have to seize upon this case, and not let the hopium of Rocco Galati taking it on make us all passive. Rocco Galati is somewhat suspect of working for the tribe.

It is unfortunate this being TOTALLY misunderstood ! The case was NOT a victory and both Mr. King And Peters need to retract the claim. The fact is the have misunderstood the legal procedure and the meaning of MATERIAL evidence. It looks bad for Stew Peters credibility to not retract his claim. The story is one of many legal details. Rebel News explains it well. Also, the dropped mask and covid mandates etc in Alberta had already been withdrawn weeks before this trial !! Its nice to see Mr King got his ticket withdrawn…and for going to court…but he attempted to do a Constitutional challenge using the wrong venue and failed procedure . The misunderstood “win” actually means that the Health Minister had no material evidence WRT his ticket….NOT the health, virus and scientific info Mr. King requested….If this is an attempt to get others motivated to not pay their covid tickets and to go to court, great! But you need to know what you are doing and how to proceed. Get a lawyer. If you represent yourself, do it to at least clog the courts…..but know how to mount a basic defence. If enough people ignored the tyrannical health bylaws, and thousands of tickets issued, and then court trial requests made…it may be enough to clog the courts and cause a time limitation problem, or simply be Enough to make a legal – political statement and to get the politicans to withdraw the tyrant laws. Otherwise, you can do more by supporting all the existing court and constitutional challenges by joining the court gallery, watching on line and posting comments if you can as an interested party. Many Canadian court hearings were NOT watched and ignored …having NO supportive viewers ! This is a shame! There should be thousands on line to watch EVERY challenge. Perhaps a website that lists all court covid related hearings needs to be setup!
