If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on the human face ~ forever (George Orwell 1984). What the far-left openly Marxist Pedro Sanchez regime in Madrid has in store is sure to be extended to provinces throughout western Europe’s largest country.

The Balearic Islands: Spain’s totalitarian regime orders compulsory vaccinations and other totalitarian measures by law.
According to the state gazette (Boletín Oficial del Estado / BOE), the left-wing socialist government has given its citizens a new law that provides for compulsory vaccinations, compulsory tests, compulsory treatment and compulsory quarantine in health crises.
‘It is the first law of its kind in Spain. It is clearly unconstitutional and violates fundamental rights’.

Article 1.3 clarifies which ‘general preventive measures’ the government may take in the future to contain all types of communicable diseases. There it says: ‘Submission to preventive measures to prevent diseases, including vaccinations for certain groups or immunisation, in each case with information about the possible risks associated with the acceptance or non-acceptance of these measures.’
In addition, quarantine at home, placement in a hospital, isolation or placement in an ‘other suitable place for this purpose’ is ordered for the purpose of checking the ‘sick’ people.

It is also planned to ‘instruct sick people in appropriate treatment’. People who could have had contact with these ‘sick people’ may also be forced by the government to ‘quarantine at home or another suitable place’.
There it says: ‘In this sense, quarantine means restricting activities and separating a person who has reasonable grounds to suspect that they have been or may have been at risk to public health and who is a potential source of the further spread of disease from other, not sick people. On the basis of scientific principles, scientific knowledge or available information.’

By modifying the Balearic Health Act 16/2010 (Article 49 bis), the Balearic Government can adopt the following preventive measures in the event of ‘pandemics or epidemics’:
· The seizure or retirement of products
· Interruption of work
· The closure of companies or their facilities
· Use of material or personal resources
· Capacity limits
· Restrictions on the opening and/or closing times of companies, places or activities
· The establishment of health and hygiene safety measures in specific locations and / or for the development of activities.
· The obligation to draw up logs or contingency plans in specific places and/or for the development of activities
· The definition of individual self-protection measures, such as the use of masks and other protective equipment, and the maintenance of safety distances between individuals or between tables or groups of tables in publicly accessible rooms and on open-air terraces.

It was also stipulated that the government could order citizens to ‘provide personal services, by act or omission, always in proportion to the situation of necessity’. And the political decision-makers also give themselves carte blanche for ‘all other measures that comply with the applicable legislation and are justified from a health point of view’.

In summary: ‘You can force people to have tests, vaccinations, immunizations and personal benefits.’ This law of the Balearic Government is already in force and applies to all people who live in the Balearic Islands. Text excerpts from:
