State’s use of the Terror Weapon: To date, the figures have been altered in many communities, without considering the number of tests performed, nor the PCR cycles, nor multiple variables that determine the real evolution of the pandemic.

I do not understand anything. It is difficult to understand something. Everyday media are dumping shovels and wheelbarrows of fear, to grip a citizenry that is already blocked in the face of uncertainty, room controversy and the manipulation of information to maintain tension, bordering on dread, permanently.

Everything that has a beginning inevitably has an end. This pandemic, regardless of its technological or animal origin, of the possible original or coinciding objectives, of its interested control or generalized chaos, will also have an end.

But for some reasons, which we can possibly calmly analyse in a few years, there is a continuing strategy of needlessly striking fear terror in the mostly unaffected citizens. One thing is prudence, one thing is natural caution and quite another a permanent loss of human spine and constant message of fear and dismay. They want us submissive and quiet, and they are overwhelmingly succeeding.

With the data in the hands of the Ministry of Health itself in recent weeks, extremely low percentages of deaths directly linked to the pandemic can be verified. Much lower than the deaths caused in the same period, the ordinary flu, before this disease miraculously disappeared.

Not a single death: In nine Spanish regions for more than a week no deaths from Covid have been registered. But despite this the media, and especially the political class, continue to speak of brutal numbers of infections, mutations, exorbitant increases in infections, that it is necessary to do something, that it is necessary to act: restrictions, confinements, perimeter closures.

Before someone begins to demand that they burn me at the stake, the only thing I am trying to express is that the contagions generate group immunity And that, as was stated from the beginning of this nightmare, 85% of those who come into contact with the virus are unaffected. Data, which a reference country such as Germany already combines, indicate that we are at a point of controlling the situation.

Yet, this is a very different situation from the one that politicians and their paid spokesmen want to sell us. A pandemic with hospitals with full capacity, UCIS relieved and infected that do not get sick no longer gives the right to do what they want with us. And, above all, it does not give them the right to provoke an absurd terror to a citizenry that is only trying to get ahead.

There are already many who are betting on proposing that a new figure be added to the states of exception, siege and alarm that we could call a ‘state of hysteria’, a sinister sleight of hand to justify all kinds of absurd decisions without a basis, placebo policy to appear to control the situation and restrictions that are not necessary.

This is grotesque, but it’s also understandable. Fear is irrational and there is a part of the country that is not governed by criteria, rational, logical, sensible, but by sentimental, passionate and emotional fear-driven criteria.

That is why the information is transmitted or rather inoculated through bigoted images that strike terror. No information need to be analysed, data is not contrasted, no comparisons are made. And when that happens, the thing is most likely to end badly.

Fear is free, we have had a very bad time and this has not ended. No matter how insecure they try to sell us, no matter how much strategy to promote our passivity, we cannot continue to allow businesses and economies to sink, destroy families, bring an entire nation to ruin, and degrade our international image as an unsafe environment.

Here in the Canary Islands without tourists, there are no hotels, no restaurants, no waiters, and no business fabric. But without tourists, there are no carriers that carry goods and products to those empty hotels, nor will we have all the companies that directly and directly operate active.
