Desperate to thwart the growing Right and Nationalist parties and organisations, the Madrid-based regime of Far-Left Marxist Pedro Sanchez and his PSOE cohorts intend to bring in a law that will make analysis or comment on Spain’s history illegal unless the written or spoken word is approved by the faux-socialist regime.

In particular, it will make it illegal to speak or write any comment on the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939) unless it is government approved.
If the bill is passed, no positive comment must be made of the General Franco period (1939-1976).
VOX Party rejects the new social-communist memory law: ‘It is a new violation of fundamental freedoms.’
The spokesman for the Political Action Committee of VOX, Jorge Buxadé, has attacked the new ‘Democratic Memory Law’ that the Council of Ministers will foreseeably approve this Tuesday. It states that his formation rejects ‘any kind of officially sanctioned truth’ and that neither the governments nor parliaments dictate history.
‘No Parliament or any government has the right to say in a coercive or totalitarian way what is true or what is a lie,’ Buxadé stressed in the press conference he offered this Monday when asked about VOX’s assessment of this blueprint.

In this context, VOX Party considers that this law represents a new violation of freedom of thought, ideological, religious, expression and academic. “Our most absolute rejection, what Mr Sánchez intends to impose is a regime of terror of freedoms,” he added.

For this reason, he explained that VOX will go to the Constitutional Court to appeal this law because it understands that it violates between five and six rights, and fundamental freedoms of the Constitution. Source, Source 2
