Watch as two Russian Su-24 fighter-bombers scared the shit of of Spain’s Far-Left Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez and his cohort, the President of Lithuania delivers a Presser during the Marxist premier’s visit to NATO member Lithuania.

The press conference of the Prime Minister of Spain and the President of Lithuania, which was held at the NATO base, was interrupted due to  an alarm signal. Two aircraft were spotted in international airspace over the Baltic Sea. The briefing took place at the NATO base in Siauliai. During the speech, a man approached Gitanas Nauseda and said something. The Lithuanian President exchanged glances with Pedro Sanchez, after the press conference was interrupted.

Spanish newspaper El Pais tweeted dramatic footage of the disruption.

The press officer of the armed forces, Captain Andrius Dilda, reported that two aircraft were spotted in the international airspace over the Baltic Sea, which were there without an agreed flight plan. In this regard, the air police were involved. This procedure is standard and may take place more than once a day.

According to TASS, we are talking about two Russian Su-24 aircraft. They flew from the Kaliningrad region to the mainland of Russia.

The interesting thing is that although the flight by the Russian aircraft was known in advance and was perfectly legal, the protective cordon around the two unpopular leaders appears to have panicked. Otherwise, the folk of neighbouring Latvia continued to sunbathe at the Jurmala beaches just as did ‘the little people in Poland and Lithuania.

The Ministry of Défense commented on the incident. The agency notes that the Russian Su-24s did not violate international standards. They performed a planned training flight. It should be noted that foreign objects often approach the Russian border. For example, earlier two Su-30s were raised into the sky over the Black Sea, which drove away a NATO Poseidon spying aircraft.
