How Blacks Celebrate Black Slavery Day

In 1979, dissident journalist Michael Walsh was handed down a 4-month prison term for publishing The White Man’s Burden, penned by Rudyard Kipling. At the risk of being imprisoned again, the author of over 70 books reminds us of the famous poem’s first stanza:

THE WHITE MAN’S BURDEN

Take up the White Man’s burden,
Send forth the best ye breed,
Go send your sons to exile
To serve your captives’ need
To wait in heavy harness,

On fluttered folk and wild,
Your new-caught, sullen peoples,
Half devil and half child.

He says he was reminded of the poem when reading of the appalling consequences of the United States Non-White community celebrating the new national holiday which celebrates the ending of BLACK slavery. All other forms of slavery are of no interest to media’s mind-manipulating cults.

One person died and several more were injured on Saturday as gun violence erupted at Lake Merritt, while thousands of people gathered nearby celebrating Juneteenth, a holiday dedicated to the liberation of Black Americans from slavery. Police later said that the shooting was a result of a feud between two San Francisco gangs.

A video showing people twerking on and around an ambulance which had arrived to respond to a deadly shooting in Oakland is making the rounds on social media, as police officials condemned the Juneteenth party-goers for blocking medics from leaving the scene.

On Saturday, DaShawn Demetrius Rhodes, a 22-year-old Black man from San Francisco, was shot dead by other black men at the 2200 block of Lakeshore Avenue as thousands of blacks gathered around the city’s lake for the Juneteenth festivities. Police believe that multiple shooters were involved in the gang-related incident that also left at least seven people injured.

However, medics who arrived to take victims to hospital faced unexpected obstacles from the crowd, who were seen on social media dancing against and on the top of the vehicle, cheered by people around.

‘The fact that we had several people shot and injured, we had people who continued to dance on and around ambulances, preventing the ambulances from leaving the area to get people to hospitals so that they can be treated,’ Oakland Police Chief Le Ronne Armstrong told reporters Monday.

Despite some comments on social media that the shared footage which was taken far away from the shooting scene, people were able to identify the exact point where the video was filmed, at the intersection of Lakeshore and Hanover Avenues.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, citing police reports, other victims of the shooting include five men aged between 16 and 27 and two women aged 21 and 22. Unsurprisingly no people have been arrested in relation to shooting.

Juneteenth, which celebrates the abolition of African-American slavery in the US, was signed into law as a federal holiday by President Joe Biden last week, but has been observed in various parts of the US since 1866. Source

  1. I lived in Oakland Ca for a while, renting a little 1 bedroom house on the outskirts toward Berkley- a great place to live, a lovely city what with the beautiful lake in the center, surrounded by luxury apartments. A short distance away was Jack London Square with its marvelous ¨Elegant Farmer¨ restaurant, serving the finest steaks money could buy. That was in 1967, ´68 and ´69. The first signs of trouble one encountered
were by going on East 14th. Street toward San Leandro. The further one went, the darker it got until one didn´t want to leave the car and wanted only to escape the misery created by its population. Todays population mix obviously has resulted in Kilgali by the bay. Good night USA, good night. Looking at this disgrace and at the one in Paris, we are toast. I only hope, that eastern Europe and Hungary can hold on.
