How I ate processed food for a month and what came of it

TV presenter and Dr Chris van Tulleken set himself the task of following a diet of mostly processed foods for a month. It is believed that over half of the energy the British get from food comes from over-processed foods. There are concerns that these foods are causing people to eat more and gain weight. It is estimated that one in four adults and one in five children aged 10-11 in the UK are obese.

THE TABOO CRUCIFIXION

Throughout the 1914 Russian Empire were listed 54,174 Christian churches. In addition there were 25,593 chapels, 1,025 monasteries, military churches and cemetery chapels. By 1987 only 6,893 churches and 15 monasteries remained. During the Jewish martyrdom of the Church the clergy of Western churches remained silent, media complicit, and capitalism flourished. The German Reich from 1941 ~ 1945 was the only saviour of the crucified Church and its celebrants.

MICHAEL WALSH is first and foremost an internationally recognised poet who prose has been compared to that of Leo Tolstoy, Rudyard Kipling, and Robert Service. His lyricism has received glowing tributes from leading figures in the theatre and literary world, commercial, and political life.

The Curse of the Monte Rosa

The less charitable might be forgiven for suggesting that the Reich cruise ship, MV Monte Rosa, might better have been renamed MV Karma. This beautiful 13,882 ton twin-funneled German passenger liner was one of pre-war Germany’s fleet of super liners. Built in 1930 by Hamburg shipbuilders Bohm and Voss, MV Monte Rosa was one of five sister-ships.

PIN-STRIPED BOLSHEVIKS SEIZE AFRICA

An explosive book now published for the first time ever exposes the reality behind the West’s alliance with the Soviet Union to overthrow the Rhodesian and South African government. We asked the author why he had published this damning exposé.

The French Invasion of Germany

Trivial incidents of wars are often more important than the unfolding chain of events. For example:
“This raid on the night of May 11 1940, although in itself trivial, was an epoch-marking event since it was the first deliberate breach of the fundamental rule of civilised warfare that hostilities must only be waged against the enemy combatant forces.”
