To all intents and purposes, Emmanuel Macron’s France is closed and in total darkness. Life as the French knew it has ended. Everyone, from 7 pm is locked in their homes. Never in world history, not even during wars and great plagues, have entire nation’s peoples been imprisoned in their homes.

The announcement of President Emmanuel Macron was expected and so he arrived tonight. France enters the red zone, all schools in the country will close for three weeks, the curfew will be at 7 pm. A further tightening after the one launched two weeks ago by Prime Minister Jean Castex made necessary by the incessant increase in infections and the dramatic situation of intensive therapies.

The premier began by thanking the doctors who have been on the front line for over a year and announcing that in the coming weeks’ other resuscitation posts and more resources available to health professionals will be activated to deal with the emergency.

The cry for immediate closure of the country had arrived from the hospitals in the past few hours. There are few beds in intensive care (just like before the ‘pandemic’) and if the number of patients does not drastically decrease, doctors, as per protocol, will be forced to choose who to treat and who not (just like before the ‘pandemic’.  Source
